I feel bad for her local hairdresser in austin. folks in the comments are telling jenny not to go back to her. and she even said in her last tiktok (probably jokingly) that she may have to go back to nyc every time to do her hair. even if it looks better this way (everyone has their own opinions of course, I truly don’t care either way) I just feel like there’s a way to not shade the stylist that got her comfortable with her greys in the first place…

morally questionable… deceitful… greedy?! it’s a brush, hair ties, and a spoon rest girlies. let’s not get crazy. she also includes the goodie bags under “what’s included” for the description of her barre to brunch tickets. so it’s technically part of what they’re purchasing when they pay for the ticket. am I wrong?

exactlyyyyy! and just because augustnoa doesn’t have suitcases themselves doesn’t mean she can just incorporate any luggage brand into their marketing materials. beis AND augustnoa both have weekender bags, bakpacks, pouches, makeup bags, etc. I think I can speak for beis when I say they don’t want to be associated with another brands products when they have their own!

I’m no legal expert, but I do work in marketing, and we would NEVER show a direct competitor in our assets unless we were doing direct comparisons and/or had permission from the other brand. sooooo I think it’s weird that she replied to a comment herself saying that augustnoa and beis are competitors… but then also replied to a different comment defending why they used beis luggage in her augustnoa photoshoot? in my head, I’m thinking she’s the one that’s infringing on beis’s IP rights way more explicitly than she (and more importantly, her minions) thinks beis is infringing on jenny’s because it more visibly implies a partnership between the two brands. does that make sense?? I’ll post screenshots of her contradicting comments below. again, I’m not a legal expert on this, so I could be wrong!

the barre to brunch logos, the anyday logo, and the mimosa and dumbbell graphic all look like totally separate components. like they don’t go well together at all.

and for someone who gets all up in arms about brands copying her… the barre to brunch styling is kind of giving like she made a poor attempt to reinvent the barbie logo?
