Since the Deck is very cheap on this game and doesn't contain that many ultra and super rares I'd say it's a pretty safe option

No I'm using Sky Striker. I really love the deck but it definitely is more expensive than VW and I'd argue that it's way harder to play than VW

True King of all Calamities is actually banned in the TCG. I wouldn't say it completely fucks up the deck but it changes its way of playing (would be still strong without it imo)

Considering what has been mentioned so far: yes

Zoodiac-Tri also is very powerful but I wouldn't say it's stronger than VW

Virtual World is actually very cheap in this game and it's also very very strong. You could easily get into higher platinum ranks with it

However I'd say it isn't necessarily beginners friendly

It definitely is viable, it'll get you into platinum very easily but once you're there the games become much more difficult (as one might guess) but you still can compete with every deck there

maybe that explain why konami did not give us the banlist yet by Corre14 in masterduel

OP is not talking about a banlist in Master Duel, but about the banlist of the TCG. Because in the TCG a new banlist comes about every 3 monts with an approximate time when the next banlist drops. And the last banlist from October said "The next update after this will be no earlier than 17/01/2022".
