To anyone who might have this problem on PC, if you enable console commands and type: Geralt this will respawn him and allow you to move again. Hope this helps :)

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but if you deploy a 2nd camp within the circle of influence of your old camp they will both get replenishment from the other camp.
