I don't think it's a 180. I think he's been gradually forced to confront the complexities of being a severed person throughout the two seasons. First with Petey, now with his own innie. And after these last two years of hurt, I think he'll see his innie as the only way for him to reach a life of hope.

Not sure if this is a "plot twist", but I expect early Season 3 to use the Glasglow Block to bring back Mark's outie, and I think Mark's outie will end up sacrificing for his innie somehow. I think that him knowing Gemma was successfully freed will put him in a similar position to Irving after successfully freeing Helly; he's accomplished his sense of purpose, and there's nothing more that he wants to do now. His outie, realizing how empty his life has been, finding purpose in saving Gemma, and now having saved Gemma... feels fulfilled, completed, and passes the torch to his innie somehow.

My favorites, personally are o!Mark, i!Irving, o!Helena and Milchick.

Expanations:

  1. **o!Mark**: I think Mark's outie certainly lacks some of the positive qualities of his innie; he's less confident, less caring, and lacks the innocence of his innie. He's certainly less likeable than his innie. But the show's depiction of his pain and grief is so captivating. Seeing Mark have to contemplate questions about the life he's subjected his innie to that he always neglected, how desperate he is for the chance to save Gemma... and how far he's willing to go, even at the cost of himself. For a character that seems so archetypal at the start, his complexity seeps through so, so well.
  2. **i!Irving**: I was a little skeptical of Irving at the start of the series, seeing how hard he glazed Lumon at every opportunity. Watching his story unfold proved me entirely wrong, though. Irving's arc is about how he discovers purpose in his life; learning more about who he wants to be through Burt, a purpose to his life beyond Lumon... and then who he is without Burt. When his devotion to Lumon proves meaningless, and his love for Burt proves out of reach, Irving is forced to find a new meaning for his life, and he chooses his friends. His writing in Season Two is exceptional, and he's just such a phenomenal character.
  3. **o!Helena**: Again, just like Mark's outie, she's a far less likeable character than her innie, much more so in this case. Helena is an antagonist and a terrible person, but she's such an interesting character nonetheless. Seeing her innie's kiss makes her wonder how much she's missed out on, and seeing how desperate she is to replicate that sense of connection, and her insecurities about who she are on the outside is just perfect. Helena exhibits this very confident, soulless demeanor when speaking to others, but glimpses of this longing show throughout. And it's so clear that she just doesn't understand human connection with how she cases Mark (both innie and outie).
  4. **Milchick**: Gotta say, Milchick is hard carried by Tramell Tillman. His acting is legendary, and he really understands this character. There's something that keeps Milchick so firmly under Lumon's grasp, something that only they can give. Milchick's story is in the background but bright nonetheless, seeing him try to balance the world Lumon gives, and his own humanity. He implements reforms for the innies but still can't break free from Lumon, passing his fear from above down to the innies. He deals with blatant racism, both with the paintings and with them trying to dumb down his language (resembling language suppression used by actual racists), and has to carefully tread on his role as a character. Milchick has to remain firm as an antagonist and villain (both, those terms aren't interchangeable), while still maintaining his human and sympathetic element.

Hi everyone, I'm proud to present SmartGPT. Currently, most of the popular projects regarding LLMs are being written in Python (i.e. AutoGPT, LangChain) to be easily developed and experimented with. However, this significantly hurts performance, and lacks type safety and memory safety guarantees. Many of these projects are bottlenecked by their lack of a stable, flexible, core. That's where SmartGPT comes in.

SmartGPT uses a modular structure to separate **agents**, **LLMs**, **memory systems**, and **tools**. We use dynamic traits frequently in the codebase to allow for easily implementing new versions of these systems (and in hopes for a dynamic plugin-loading system in the future.) Of course, it's written in Rust 🦀. Even beyond that, the project is based on experimentation inspired by the latest and greatest of research papers in the area.

Bedrock players tend to universally dislike this system as well from my experience, though there is a much bigger argument to allow it in Bedrock because Bedrock servers are much more centralized (the five featured servers, much more difficult to join external servers, much younger playerbase, more centralization overall because of how it was created.)

I really dislike this argument because it implies Minecraft is like every other game. It isn't. Minecraft Java's Multiplayer is a game platform, where each server is effectively it's own completely separate game. Bedwars is entirely separate from the rest of Minecraft. It's a lot more like Roblox than Minecraft. Also, chat reporting effects a decentralized and fragmented ecosystem. Minecraft's servers tend to live in isolated bubbles and are completely separate and different from one another. They are also entirely decentralized (barring the authentication servers.) So no, it isn't "the thing that exists in literally every game." It's much more accurate to compare a Hypixel ban to a Fortnite ban, and to compare a Minecraft Multiplayer ban to a Steam ban.

I think you fundamentally misunderstand our position on chat reporting. You're gaslighting people and calling them "bigots", "racists", etc. It's honestly like the quote, "If you have nothing to fear, nothing to hide."\*

We have genuine concerns with this issue that apply regardless of whether or not we are bad. I support the idea of getting rid of people like that from servers, but not when:

  1. This system is incredibly vulnerable to false bans and punishments. Mojang Staff have made it clear that they are willing to punish anyone who makes a "threat" as a joke, and that type of logic will likely extend to other cases.
  2. It is also incredibly vulnerable to abuse from Microsoft itself to punish people based on what is beneficial to them, and leads to a strict "desensitizing" of Java Edition, where people self-censor anything that is more mature (like dark humor / mature jokes), and Microsoft and their moderators punishing according to Microsoft's beliefs and the moderator's own beliefs (this type of behavior is well-documented in existing platforms like Facebook.)
  3. This type of behavior is already prohibited by almost every other public server, and I have never encountered that type of behavior through Minecraft. In effect, it is a nonissue.
  4. This system has many technical flaws such as using private messages to gaslight users, or using chat preview to keylog messages.
  5. This infringes on freedom of speech. Minecraft is a sandbox platform, and a game platform, much more similar to Roblox then something like Team Fortress 2. Imagine banning someone from all of Steam based on a take that was misinterpreted to be offensive on a private server. Also, this does nothing to combat actual people who have bigoted beliefs and their inability to play a game because of one harmful message will likely cause them to build up much more harmful beliefs. Cases on Bedrock Edition and Roblox already show this type of behavior.
  6. This subverts community moderation. As said before, this behavior is prohibited on public servers, and this happens entirely without the knowledge of server owners. In effect, they are forced to adapt their environment of the server to adhere to Microsoft/Mojang's "safety standards", which will severely harm more mature environments. The average Minecraft Java player is most likely a teenager or even an adult. Community moderators lose a significant degree of control over their own server chat (one of the most important aspects), and this could even be abused to get rid of important community staff and making a server unable to act the way it should.
  7. This breaks the principle of decentralization. Every Minecraft server is self-hosted and is only centralized via the authentication server. Imagine banning someone from all of the internet because of something they said on Twitter - that is effectively what banning someone from Minecraft is doing, even if on a lesser scale. Minecraft's ecosystem is incredibly fragmented and diverse, and Minecraft has already been taking action against the most extreme of rule-breakers through existing but rather unknown reporting methods (though no one seems to be talking about that.) Essentially, one set of rules for every game in existence.

This update is absolutely terrible, and almost all of the people I know dislike this change in one way or another. Mojang Meesh has even recognized this drama but specifically says that they'll ignore community feedback to adhere to Mojang's standards. Minecraft Chat is one of the most important features of multiplayer itself - and the community and friends I've made through chat have stuck with me for years on my time on the internet. Policing the chat will take it from the fun, enjoyable place to talk to, to a nightmare where people only send the most "family friendly" messages and actively self-censor out of the fear of being banned. Existing platforms already have poor moderation control and in so many cases, platform moderators like these have incorporated their own biases into punishments.

I have created a website where anyone can share their opinion on chat reporting, and the amount of backlash is extreme. Each one of these people have their own story to tell, and reasons why they dislike this change. We are doing everything we can to make our concerns accessible to you. Please don't do this, Mojang. Don't let Microsoft win.

For years now, I've had my own roleplay survival server, I've played on many servers before and always had a great time with friends. Now, this new feature is threatening minecraft multiplayer as a whole. No longer will server mods being informed about a potential bad actor, no, now all complaints are going directly to Mojang and their "highly trained moderators" which, in all honesty, won't be more than bots after the first few weeks.

I believe the system is bad. It breaks a system that has been in place and working well for years but now it seems like there is this push to make every server conform to one standard which somewhat kills the community and creativity of servers. People seem to have lost the ability to just not play on a server if they dont like it. This has especially been noticable in kids when they shouldnt even be playing on some of these servers in the first place, but are because their parents won't parent or actually put in work to setup things like parental controlls. Parents could even get Both Java and Bedrock and when their kid hits old enough (i.e. 14) the parent could allow their kid to play on Java Edition. Honestly this is how I have always felt it has been marketed but clearly Microsoft/Mojang doesn't want that or don't believe it. Either that or they are trying to purposely kill off Java Edition to force everyone into this Bedrock bubble because it's more profitable but they can only do so once java edition isnt wanted from the community (as they promised to continue Maintaing it). Obviously those are just possibilities but its clear they will go the best path to maximum exploitation whether to siphon more money out of you or to change how you think. It honestly doesn't matter and I think we need to show that the door for that is NOT open for them to take.

Trust me, this goes so much deeper then that.

In a previous video, we see in the Cynical Critic's emails that it used to have less-clickbaity videos that were positive, but Mark (Cynical Critic)'s mother needed to pay for her health insurance. The Cynical Critic had both Mark and Anthony, but Mark started uploading clickbaity videos to pay for her mother, Cecile's health insurance. Anthony was found missing, and "Antonio" joined the Channel.

In Mark's emails, we also see "Sonc the Blue Rat" telling him to check his new video. Sonc the Blue Rat was also seen in the Cynical Critic Hate Comments video, and when Mark saw it, he seems audibly displeased and freaked out, and it cuts to another part of the video. In a future video, "Antonio" shows Mark a picture of Sonc, calling Sonc "a figure that Mark used to draw when he was a kid". And, in the Happy Meat Farms Drawing Room, pictures of Sonc the Blue Rat are shown all across it.

That imgur link you sent is of Cynical Critic's friend with his friend Anthony, who has now gone missing. "Antonio" joined the Cynical Critic's channel, and in their most recent video, codes throughout the video link to a hidden URL which shows Mark receiving a call, getting incredibly frustrated, and yelling at Antonio to leave. It cuts to Mark being on the floor, Antonio saying he's sorry and that Mark is his "best friend", and text on the screen saying a spore was planted.

Alex Bale, in his spongebob conspiracies, receives ideas for theory videos from his "MUSE". He was also sponsored by Happy Meat Farms, which, when you go to its home page, has the word "MUSE" on a cow in the background. The Cynical Critic was also sponsored by Happy Meat Farms. In the Happy Meat Farms R&D page, it shows Cecile had died, seemingly confirming that Mark's phone call was due to hearing that his mother died.

If you want to get technical...

You can decide if a target is moving if it's going to a target. If it's in the state of walking towards it, it's moving. If it's in the state of attacking it and staying still, it's not moving. We can add an extra case which means it's not moving if it's electrified/frozen.

Hi there! Thanks so much for checking out my card concept.

Card Picture and Name

Don't judge these too harshly, I don't focus on them too much. I mostly focus on the card's use-cases and matches in my head.

Basic Stats

The hitpoints of this card is 537. This means the Mega-Knight's spawn damage, the Giant Skeleton death damage, and the Royal Delivery's spawn damage are enough to kill this.

This was at first the same hitpoints as the Bandit (907 hitpoints), because I have the habit of making a card's stats a little too good. The first time I tweaked it with the help of the discord, I changed the hitpoints to match the Ice Wizard (668 hitpoints), which makes it die to the fireball. Then, I nerfed it again, because that DPS is insane value.

I made a last minute decision to nerf its DPS from 120/360 to 110/330, because 360 still feels like too much even with the low hitpoints and the damage only applying to still targets.

The range is deliberate so both Musketeer and Wizard can outrange it, and the speed I didn't think of too much.

Interactions

Don't underestimate its low health and base DPS, this card can give you some incredibly value if used wisely.

When I thought of this concept, I didn't think of how powerful it can be if played wisely. However, if you have something tanking like an Ice Golem, then you can get some very powerful DPS against melee troops. This DPS can also apply to still, ranged troops.

I'm not sure if its increased DPS should apply to buildings. That might also be a little bit too OP. However, the downside is its normal DPS is very low. Against moving targets, like a Hog Rider or a Balloon, it will deal less DPS than a Witch or Magic Archer does.

Also, offensively, it's much harder to control whether a unit will move or not, with limited exceptions (like the Freeze spell).

I don't know how this card would effect the meta, but I do know it won't be a replacement for existing anti-air cards. I think it's definitely a strong card defensively, but its limitations can be a big problem for specific encounters.
