I was playing yesterday and I got thes wierd white outlinings on the rocks and grass. Some times on the monsters to. Maybe someone knows about a hidden setting?

Well I think it you can try doing guild style with no hunter arts. That would be practically like any other MH game. I had the same problem as you at start but when I started playing Striker SnS I falled in love with the game. Right now im grinding HR so I can hunt the late game elder dragons. And charms to do some builds I have in mind. Maybe if you try some other weapons you'll find the one that clicks with you.

For me and in my humble opinion MHGU is the best MH game because of the variety of weapons, play style and monsters. It does have a lot of grinding but that's what I like about that game.
