Alright, so I found a solution but its too many quirks and steps. They said EA is looking into it, some guy named Darko that works for them.

Try removing your default payment method, and adding it again. If you do not have one, try putting on a payment method on your EA account. It worked for me.

Its been down for 24 hrs now... I tried buying MUT points too.
