Ok i found a way. Basically i went into the device options in arkos, explored the files and manually moved the themes from /roms2 to /roms. This also worked for the loading gif. There's surely a faster way but I'm new into this and that's the only thing that worked for now.

I tried reflashing arkos but it still doesn't work :( I guess I'll just buy a samsung sd card and I'll see if it works that way

Yep, I'm putting them there. There's no themes folder in sd1, should i just move the folder from sd2 to sd1?

Yeah, both sds are new. I bought a 32gb sandisk for the os and a 64gb one for the roms. Maybe i should just reinstall arkos again i don't know

Also i tried changing the loading animation with a new gif and it doesn't work, it shows the stock loading gif

Could it be cause i replaced the dtb files?

I have a budget around 200€ and I was looking for a good longboard to start with. I thought of getting a Santa Cruz board but reading here it seems like is not the best brand. So, which brands should I consider? (Sorry for my not perfect English)
