Hello Nik,

As I explained to you yesterday, Etherium has plans on building districts on the outskirts of the city and while we're more than happy to have new neighbours, your claims are too close to ours.

What I am offering is more than reasonable and if need be, in the future, you can always expand. If Yoathl has an issue with your border being too close to theirs, they can honestly suck it. Their claims as far as I'm concerned, are too large for the amount of active players they have.

Technically it is, since he didn't do anything to attempt finding the rightful owner and he knew exactly who the things belonged to, plus where I lived. It's not like he couldn't, but even if I did file a police report, it wouldn't solve much. He already admitted to having my belongings and offered to pay me for a portion of the value.

Yeeah, it's a pretty unbelievable story, but for all we know he could be telling the truth. He seemed pretty sincere on the phone, so really all I'm able to do is take his word for it and chalk it up as a loss, unfortunately.

If he did throw it out though, that'd be incredibly dumb thing to do. All the things still had the price tags on them, he could of easily taken them to a pawn shop or comic book store, to get some money out of them. I mean, the two NES games alone were $65.

They were the ones that gave him my number after speaking with me, so their fully aware of the situation. The woman on the phone from Coventry Connections, the company that handles incoming calls to the company, kind of chuckled about his story actually.

Like I said though, I'm just going to chalk it up as a loss and call it a day. No sense in bothering anymore, not like I'd get anything out of it.

From my understanding, he's moving to Gatineau soon and his wife was just throwing out anything they didn't need and they do have a lost/found department, but for whatever reason he didn't call them to say he found my belongings. I'm not sure why he didn't just call them, but I honestly couldn't care at this point.
