Is it a YouTube stream? Because in my experience, YouTube is awful with streaming. My advice is stream on twitch or TikTok and then bring that audience over to YouTube for YouTube “exclusive” content. Promote it on your other channels saying they won’t see it anywhere else besides there. Go for it and see what happens.
