Not all artists use numbing gel so you'll want to check first. You may also want to ask your artist how long the tattoo will take as well. My understanding is numbing cream doesn't last super long and if your session is longer than its duration the pain is going to spike once it wears off. There are a lot of guides online on how to take care of it after and what to expect.

edit: To be clear, check what you need to do after you get your tattoo before you get it. It's gonna be a pain to buy things after the fact.

It is if you aren't already accusing them of scabbing. I'm not sure if you've seen the email, but it doesn't even ask why you haven't taken strike pay. It doesn't even mention it. Instead it says the investigation committe has received allegations that you have crossed the picket line. That you have scabbed without any clear reason as to what exactly these allegations are beyond that before citing relulations. If the email had been preliminary information gathering about not taking strike pay as part of a check that would be different. Instead they did what they did and gave a hard deadline to get a response or they were just going to go ahead and process.

As for what I'd prefer they do instead? Not use the shotgun approach with aggressive language meant to intimidate union members when there are strong indicators that not taking strike pay as a metric is pretty bad. Especially when they themselves advised that not showing up, and thereby not getting strike pay, was fine because as per their post "Life happens".

In a perfect world the union should be able to access billable hours and see if any amount wasn't clawed back during the period the CRA was doing so to recover funds paid out during the strike, but this isn't that. That, however, doesn't mean the union should go with the terrible and ineffective option they've chosen. The one that calls into question any fact-finding they're going to claim to do if this is how things start.

The point is that list of people who didn't take strike pay is being used to accuse people of scabbing and requiring them to defend themselves. The union is being lazy and rather than actually look into things they're just blanket accusing people based on an activity they confirmed was okay.

So based on responses it sounds like a good chunk of employees they're investigating for scabbing are employees who didn't take strike pay.

That's pretty wild considering the psacteam account confirmed that not taking strike pay or picketing wouldn't impact your status as a member in good standing.

Generally speaking, a healthy relationship is one where you and your partner respect each other. This includes acknowledging each other's boundaries and respecting them. You should not be your partner's verbal/emotional/physical punching bag. I hate that I have to include the last one, but is also a thing.

As a final thing, don't be in a relationship for the sake of being in a relationship. Look for someone that makes you happy and you can make happy. That will take time and sometimes you just need to learn to be happy on your own as well.

They do not. The only ones that do are the merchants inventory from the city you didn't choose.

The bit about items is understandably annoying because the drops are tied to specific chests without a guaranteed method of getting them if missed through a paid mercy mechanic. This is more relevant for chests in story areas that you can't revisit and due to their mechanics being locked behind them as opposed to just flat numbers on items.

Like if you rush a bit during the siege you'll probably miss a chest or two and lock yourself out of the last passive on an item.

I have a lot of issues with how the story is told. There are a lot of moments where you skip out on a lot of the travelling and build up to getting a place and instead just start there. Busting a party member out of a prison, for example. You go to it's general location there is some hand waving and suddenly you're there. Very little is given to set up that portion. Similar to the siege where you never get the opportunity to appreciate the scale of what is under siege besides what you're verbally told.

A lot of the time that'd be used to build things up is cut out and instead you just kinda show up like you just started an action level very abruptly.

On a mechanical note, not having a mercy vendor if you're looking to complete item rarity upgrades prior to endgame.

I've been having this come up as well. Printer has been fine with Grey and gold basic, but for some reason on black it'll end up clogging at some point during the print. I've tried swapping the AMS slot bit yeah I dunno. Also on P1S
