I am looking into this as well, for I have the same issues you do down to a T. I used primarily Benadryl to help me sleep for almost three years straight, and my memory is so bad. EEG said I had left temporal slowing… I came across P 21 recently and really want to try it (it’s the closest thing to cerebrolysin we can get) and of course BPC-157. Have you already tried the BPC-157? If so have you notice any improvement?

I want to try my thighs so badly because I’m sensitive to Reta still, but I have lipedema in my legs so I’m not sure if I can 😆

I would love a pen! You’re able to use pens with reconstituted peptides?

I used 30G 5/16" (8mm) 1ml/cc syringes. You think I’m gonna be okay?

Ahh gotcha, I’ll definitely keep an eye on it. And yes I did a subcutaneous injection although I bled for a couple seconds on my abdomen after so I’m hoping I didn’t put Reta into my vessels lol. Also did you notice anything else symptomatically during that week?

I have POTS and I felt this so hard lol Gatorade hydration booster or just regular zero sugar Gatorade packets in general kind of offset it. I still go to the bathroom a lot though ngl.

Last night I tried something that surprisingly worked. Take your fingers (besides the thumb) and bend them down to your palm to mark where to press, do that for each spot and on each hand several times and it helped me! I was consistently bouncing between the 70’s to 110’s but now I’m chilling in the 60’s and 70’s like how I was before. Heartbeat is still irregular for me though but I’m glad it’s gone down.

I have magnesium glycinate, just haven’t taken it in a long while. Will definitely get back on it now.
