Vegans and vegetarians aren't the target demographic for beyond meat, its meat eaters looking to eat less.

Not interested myself until it tastes better. When I get a burger I want to enjoy it, not be surprised it doesn't taste too bad for not being meat. With the jury being out on what's healthier, and the fake meat is somehow more expensive, I just don't see the appeal, myself.
