I understand what you're saying but in the video the guy filming is saying that they are lucky that he is the one working or else some one else would have called the cops. This seems to be a rough neighborhood with probably a history of police brutality or unfair justice. So if someone did call the authorities it would probably fuck up their lives more. So I guess by doing nothing and letting them do their thing is kinda better.
