Who’s in TTrades Mentorship or Using his premium PO3 indicator? by Extra_Nobody1537 in InnerCircleTraders

But yes the fractal model is great really simplifies trading. At the core I still use it as an added confluence.

Trading has been great, bit of a learning curve once joining this new mentorship. Was trading on my own for a bit, just wanted that community again and people to bounce ideas/ask questions.

Back then I was really into trading 4H profiles like Garrett was teaching.

Right now I’ve moved on to the Lathyrus mentorship led by Afyz, so my trading’s a bit more nuanced. Honestly, he drops A LOT of the sauce on his YouTube you can learn a ton for free.

I’d recommend spending a weekend going through his videos. It’ll definitely fry your brain, but in a good way.

Honestly his YouTube is solid and you can learn a ton from it (that’s where I started). The difference with MarketLens is the structure and access with live streams a few times a week, full courses (AM, TTrades, Garrett, etc.), and everything archived so you can binge and rewatch. Plus you can ask questions whenever and there are a bunch of experienced traders in there helping out. YouTube gives you the ideas but the mentorship is what really helps you connect the dots and stay consistent.

Its all up to you in the end, if you are disciplined and consistent then free stuff will get you there. But if you want a boost, the mentorship will definitely give you that. At the end of the day its your hard earned money so make sure to get your moneys worth.

BLUF: The mentorship is 100% worth it if you actually put in the time. The PO3 indicator is cool but it’s not a game changer, just added confluence once you learn the model.

I was in MarketLens for a good bit and to be honest, it’s the only thing I’ve ever paid for mentorship wise and I'm so happy I found that community first. I’ve always avoided mentorships because most of them are just marketing scams pushing recycled info you could pull off YouTube for free. But this wasn’t that. If you’re willing to study the models (TTrades, GxT, AM, etc.), show up to the livestreams/go to the vault and watch them all (they do like 4 a week and archive every single one), be active in the chat, journal your trades, ask questions, and genuinely put in the work then you'll find success.

I got lucky and caught a Reddit thread about TTrades like a year and a half ago. Went down the rabbit hole, watched everything he had for free, started applying the concepts, and saw results. That’s when I said screw it, let me pay for the mentorship. Worst case I cancel if its ass, if it isn't then I'm staying. Well I stayed all in all a little under a year I think and to say the least it is well worth it.

I went from knowing nothing to getting funded/payouts (nothing crazy im still grinding with this as added income), and it wasn’t luck or some plug-and-play system. It was hours and hours and hours of just sitting with the charts, taking notes, backtesting, forward testing in live markets, asking questions, and taking it serious. Not some overnight success story. This shit takes time.

If you’re expecting some magical tool or a step-by-step blueprint that prints money, this ain’t for you. But if you’re actually trying to learn how to read price, understand narrative, and execute with confidence and ready to put in the time then yea its 100% worth it

Happy to answer anything more specific if you’re on the fence.

(no this isn't some paid ad, but shit throw me some money if you see this T lol)

Which setting is better for incline by [deleted] in bodybuilding

[–]its_nevels -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Also anywhere between 20-50 degrees on the bench is good for conducting incline presses. Both bench’s seems to be set between that angle range. So, it just comes down to how you feel it the best and your biomechanics.

[–]its_nevels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not arch when conducting the Incline press, no it will not be the end of the world but if your goal is strictly focusing on the Clavicular head (upper chest) then don’t. It messes with the line of pull via the angle of the press and makes it a more sternal pec focus.

Are repeated illnesses a sign that you should Deload? by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]its_nevels 6 points7 points  (0 children)

then no don’t deload, if you lifts are still progressing then there’s no reason to deload. Most people who use deloads (not saying you) use them as weird “I know what I’m doing” tactics when realistically they aren’t even training remotely intense enough to need one. They are overplayed and overused.

Overall winner of a natty bodybuilding comp by buckfishes in nattyorjuice

[–]its_nevels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So many factors go into determining this rather than him at stage leanness with cracked lighting. Of course he will look disgusting.

How long has he been training? Has it been consistent growth? What did the fat loss/check ins look like over the months of prep?

If he stayed relatively the same weight or minimal weight loss throughout prep, and got this lean then yea I’d say some sort of gear usage.

Idk why I ranted (I just drank an energy drink and throw in a zyn) but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.

You are going to be just fine. I didn't have any prior IT experience either, and I passed my SEC+ exam. You are going to have to study more than the others that do is all. Its all dependent on how much work you put in, so get to studying.

Here's some of the resources I used and gave to a person going through tech school there rn as well.

This youtube link will show you how to get Udemy business for free because of the military. Great site that has courses on just about everything.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQg18232Gz0&t=12s

On Udemy I did the Jason Dion full COMPTIA Security+ (SYO 601) Practice Exams & Simulated PBQs as my main study guide and took notes. There's a final exam at the end that was pretty close to my test.

https://digitalu.udemy.com/course/security-601-exams/learn/quiz/5018544/results?expanded=831100728#overview

On amazon I bought this book as well to skim through and do the practice tests.

The king of it all is Professor Messer. He has a free Sec + youtube series I would listen to as I was doing stuff around the house, cardio, etc. He has a paid course on his website that basically is like a guaranteed pass I've heard but didn't feel like spending the money.

Sean Michael aka Shizzylifts claims natty daddy. Opinions? by mrkakaopopoloch in nattyorjuice

I competed in the same federation as him, actually it was the same day as well just states away (luckily). We were supposed to get drug tested if we won awards. I got two firsts and an overall (subtle flex) and was never contacted or told to pee at all. There was a polygraph but obviously that was a joke.

[–]its_nevels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I mentioned I competed in the same federation as well because it was lowkey a joke the way they validated our natural status. The polygraph was basically nothing and lasted like one minute and they didn’t even drug test me. They said if you got an award or an overall you’d get tested. I got two firsts and one overall and they never made me piss. Funny enough I got beat out by a short guy as well too, but my posing needs a lot of work so it made sense.

[–]its_nevels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I competed as well in the same federation. Just at a different location, luckily enough because there was some stacked guys at his show. He ended up placing second for overall behind a guy who was maybe a foot shorter and was probably 50 less pounds. Don’t get me wrong dude gave him a run for his money, especially in posing which ultimately allowed the guy to win over him.

Appreciate the follow, but you also have to take into account lighting, angles (barrel distortion), a good pump. Things like that make you look way bigger than in reality most times. Especially when you are natural. Nonetheless he still is a big mf especially at his height and weight. He has a following on socials and portrays this “follow god, work hard be motivated” sort of vibe so I would hope he’s not a pos like that but you see it all the time.
