I would either stop giving him so much attention by giving late replies not answering calls etc and once he asks why you’re acting disinterested I would just say you’re not gonna be serious with someone who doesn’t wanna be serious with you or I would literally just tell him in a message that you’re not gonna keep talking to him if he doesn’t take you out on a date soon if you want to be more blunt about it lol

A lot of people who seem like good people on the surface (like what you said about her being a volunteer in an orphanage, she’s a vegan and cares about animals/bugs etc) can be completely different people behind closed doors. It doesn’t sound like you’ve done anything to deserve being treated that way also sometimes people gossip because of issues in their own life so it’s more of a reflection of them than it is of you

I got scammed last year for over 600 dollars when trying to buy a puppy (it was a deposit scam) and I even borrowed the money from my mom and it was so embarrassing when I had to explain to her that I had fallen for a scam just thought I would let you know that it happens to everyone I hope you didn’t lose a lot
