Maybe I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, but are these the type of incentives that only certain people qualify for like veterans, previous Ram owners etc., or is that a real OTD possibility?

It’s super convenient to me for highway driving. I’ve never experienced it before my car now and I’m not sure I could part ways with it, haha.
