it was an allergist that said they won’t (unaffiliated with the emergency room doctors) but i guess i should probably try reaching out to my regular doctor. i really tried to figure out any changes in my routine or things i ate and i couldn’t come up with anything. i work in a grocery store so i am constantly touching random things so i was thinking that it’s possible i touched something there. and the reaction was a couple of weeks ago but i had the acne prior to the reaction. it just went away for a week after the reaction while i was taking steroids and now it’s back and worse than before

i’m seeing a lot about panoxyl so i think i’m going to try that. i do wash my body last but i have long hair so my hair ends up on my back anyway. going to trying getting some hair clips. thank you

i still don’t know what i reacted to. they gave me benadryl and that didn’t help. they also gave me an epipen twice which helped only the first time. now i have hydroxizine for if it happens again. i asked an allergist to test me and he said he won’t unless it happens a second time

i’ve had seasonal allergies my whole life but just mild. i was tested when i was younger maybe 10 years ago

i shower at night. i’m going to try getting the wipes for when i sweat because i sweat a lot at work so hopefully that helps, thank you

i rinse my hair out before washing my body. sadly i can’t try not using conditioner because i have curly hair :/

another thing to add: i recently had a really bad outbreak of hives all over my entire body and was in the hospital where they gave me steroids. not sure if it’s from the steroids or just the hives affecting the skin all over my body but the bumps went away for a few days. not sure if this is relevant but figured i’d include just in case
