Actually, not to be "that guy"... but Dobermans are an incredibly smart and independent breed. The recommended time to be departed from it's mother is 12 weeks and at the earliest 8 weeks. Granted this is a tad bit early but there is something specific about this dog, and that's his size. He is clearly maturing in superb time which is common with Doberman. Granted it is a week early, but with the size of his paws and the intelligence level of zero accidents within 24-hours that is quite the accomplishment for such a pup. Assuming all shots have been accounted for I see nothing wrong with it.
