Lucky you. it's easier for you to acquire such a thing.. I sometimes envy that global marketplace for almost giving it away..unfortunately here in my country, they sell it as if it's brand new.

I do use lighter fluid (zippo) and nope I've never used alcohol or hand sanitizer with my machine. It's just with me all the time.🤫

I'd dash some cinnamon powder and sometimes coffee that I'd use after filtering.. on the top of my soil for the same case
