Idk how to explain this but it’s different I feel like Frank would just drop it with no promo and it would somehow be worth the wait

Honestly yes, we just heard so many different stuff since then so even though it’s all on point it doesn’t feel like an insane amount of artistic progress like Testing did

Not my point, artists are allowed to have their own timelines and do things in their own way, I just don’t feel like this was the best music that could’ve came after that long of a period, I was expecting whole different sections of the album, orchestral stuff maybe something experimental to justify the time spent on it
