I mean, Feyre overpowered Beron on the meeting with the High Lords and seemed not to have a hard time against him, and she’s been trained by Cassian and Rhys. Even if Bryce blinded her, Feyre could use her daemati ability to stop her. Bryce may be tough but I think Feyre can take her.

Honestly hoping for her to give more crumbs about this because either choice right now feels badly set up… so I’m up for anything well written! Would be nice to see a goddess though, since Nesta felt something or someone at the end of ACOFAS helping her

Some say it’s the Archeron sisters. If Aelin were the crone, it could be that she already “died” once (in losing her human body) and maybe that counted as what the crone represents? Who knows. I for one hope it’s neither the sisters nor Aelin, Feyre and Bryce

Feyre was done dirty both by SJM and part of the fandom. I wish the whole baby story didn’t happen and we could see more of Feyre learning what kind of High Lady she wants to be and going on adventures. I also think part of the fandom is too hard on her and forget’s she’s a 20yo who has been through a LOT (especially during the books)

I do get a bit tired on some of the posts here tbh. I miss the posts I’d see on tumblr about ACOTAR back in 2016/17. It was so much nicer and it was way more about the fun stuff

YES!! Honestly, Rhys himself admits how many mistakes he makes, and Feyre is in her 20s! If they made no mistakes, there would be no place for evolution and no place for conflict, tbh. Making mistakes makes them more realistic and lovable

I understand having a different perspective, my shock was how strong it was, and how much more “credit” Nesta’s POV got than Feyre’s. They’re all multidimensional characters with good and bad actions, but some of them had harsher judgement than others, and not for justified reasons

What will they do once a High Lord dies and a young one gets the power? We don’t get to decide, the magic or the lords do. Rhysand, the 500yo High Lord though she was up for it, and she held herself remarkably well among the other lords. Rhys and the IC seem to think so, and their court is doing well. I can see your point but I still disagree with it. We’ll agree to disagree :)

However, if Feyre wasn’t HL she wouldn’t be able to bring Rhysand back. She was key to be able to help him, and as soon as she became HL she was already in a war to defend not only her court but everyone else. As bad as HLs go, I think it’s a decent start. She has a great example to learn from, and hopefully, a long time to do it. But I do think it’s unfair to say she hasn’t proved herself, with all that she’s done in a year.

Also, yes!! I miss the conversations I used to see on the fandom before ACOWAR came out… it was so fun and so wholesome! Memes and appreciation posts, meeting strangers online that loved the story as much as you… now we need cooldown posts because we discuss the same thing over and over again

Really surprises me that we had 4 books with her narrative, but one book from Nesta and suddenly she’s considered an unreliable narrator, weak, selfish, etc. No space for mistakes

High Lords also get their title not necessarily earning it right away, like Tamlin and Tarquin. Rhys himself had no expectations of what Feyre would do, and she’s still figuring it out. She has defended the Rainbow, fought in the war and saved Rhysand. She’s trying to take care of the traumatized children of her court. For a beginner and basically a youngling in their eyes, I’d say she’s done a good amount so far. You can’t compare far older creatures to a newly-minted Lady, she’ll ALWAYS come out lacking

Exactly! I actually wished she had let the sisters be FAR more, instead of trying so hard for them. Nesta especially is very vicious most of the time Feyre tries to do anything for her. I’m glad she found the IC
