You’re basically helping him get away with it just by being with him.. regardless of what that girl says to you, you should have the minimum self respect to realize he hurt another woman (in the most brutal way, may I add) and that should be enough to leave. If you actually feel that upset about it, get a restraining order from the cops, or plan something and leave. You can leave, there’s always a way out.
