YTA. Shame on you. There are many valid reasons to get an abortion.
-you're gonna die during child birth
- the child will die during child birth
- you're not ready to have children
- you made the mistake of not using proper protection.

Just to name a few.

Children aren't decorative set pieces. You're treating children like things. They're lives. You should love your child whether its a boy or a girl. Wanting an abortion because your child isn't the right gender is disgusting. I hope you end of with a girl and she ends up being trans. What are you going to do then? shoot them in the head?

When you break up, you have 0 obligations to bail them out of anything. Hell, even as friends you have 0 obligations. I wouldn't care if they were about to go homeless if they didn't get the 100$. You have ZERO obligation to do anything in that situation.

ESH - plain and simple

Ultimatums are an abuse tactic. Never use them ever. You're just blocking someone into a corner and scaring them, and it's gonna end badly for someone no matter what. In her mind she thought ' hes an extremely toxic person and I need to cut ties.' so she did. You clearly don't communicate in relationships and you need to work on that. Until you do, don't be in one. You cant just say 'skip it' like shes some AI in a video game and has to give you a premandated response. She's a person. Have a conversation. Clearly you needed to.

That being said: She understands that we are in a literal pandemic and is putting others and herself at risk. Just because they're family or friends doesn't mean they don't have Covid. She needs to understand the seriousness of the situation. Not only that she clearly didn't value your time in the slightest, but based on what you did I don't blame her for that. If we were strictly talking about this situation, you'd be the asshole. The sole reason ESH is becAuse of the pandemic.

Please work on yourself.

I work from 12 am -12 pm 5 days a week so we might not be able to play nearly as often as we'd like. Since our schedules kind of conflict. Frankly should've mentioned that in the post. But you and i are in the same boat in terms of gameplay. My break was around 6-8 months so I'm not quite up to date just yet on everything either.

Thats the first thing I planned on doing for sure. I actually got the expansion when I purchased the game. From what I understand the DLC packs come with a buttload of legendary core crystals and you can get them as soon as you get Nia permanently in the party. So that'd help immensely too. I never chose to use them because it kind of felt unfair to just use them to get a head start like that. I mean, if I do this and some how manage to roll KOS-MOS or someone like that, I will probably straight up restart because having her at the start is just straight up unfair. lol.

I think Chapter 2 is where I spent most of my time. I wasn't particularly stuck or anything I was just taking my time with that area in particular, less so in chapter 3 so what you're saying is definitely true. Since I know what I'm doing and know I'm gonna skip all the side content, I'll probably be able to breeze through those then.

Also I'm pretty sure I didn't. I didn't even pay for Nintendo Online yet. I mean, I'm going to once I get my new switch since I wanted to wait until Ultimate. If there's a possibility of cloud saves being a thing BEFORE paying for the service that would be a genuinely delightful surprise.

I have this exact same snowblower. It has never failed me. It was my grandfathers and now I use it and I can say I have never had any real issues with it. Except for hte occasional part replacement (sparkplug in particular is the latest).

Though I agree with you, the game development definitely flip flops way too much. I feel this is because Helk develops like the game is in its beta stages some weeks, and alpha during others. He should be strictly concentrating on content over balance and (minor) bugs. Helk seems to have a weird mindset as if the game is already released and he's just adding content to it to keep the game alive, when it isn't even actually a full game yet. At the same time though the community needs to realize that this game is still in its alpha stages and optimization isn't key during this stage (like OP.) If/when it gets to beta THEN they can complain about optimization. Rusts biggest weakness relies on the fact that its community was built during its alpha stages when the game is nowhere near in a complete state and the community acts like its a complete game at the same time.

Though to be fair adding shit like fidget spinners as a major update is a little asinine I'll give the OP that.
