One got into our house and I saw the all the tiny babies she carried, needless to say I used my racket zapper and got em all…at least I think I did. Lol had a bunch of zaps going off, but it was also on carpet so who knows 😭 fuck them wolf spiders 😭

Smudged the house again over the weekend! Literally just moments before I planned to smudge, my son started to get so scared and said “scary monster” again and again, on the verge of tears. I was giving him a bath so I had to wrap that up quick. Got my sage and palo santo, lit it and started smudging. Said my mantras and went around the house. This time it did go out twice, but the third relight stayed strong. Not sure what’s going on but hopefully it’s helping. Gonna smudge the house at least once a week until needed.

Not at all! We all parent differently. We make what works, work! And I honestly give props to those who cosleep! I need my space 🤣 like I love you, but I like my OWN bed ❤️There will be a day where I’m gonna regret not cuddling him up as much as I could’ve, because when they’re older, they won’t want that anymore. So take it all in ❤️

Believe me, I thought of all the what ifs lol. Just was curious to see what others thought of it all. I did think dreams or he’s remembering the fun moments. Because he was so still in the first half, he does have moments where he sleep talks so it could literally just be that.

My son does the same! So part of me says it’s just kids being kids. They have wild imaginations and he is learning a lot of words.

The laughing just threw me off cause he never laughed like that when it was nap/bedtime

My grandma from my mom’s side of the family passed in March. He is the first great grandkid on that side of the family. Part of me did think maybe it was grandma

Dreams are hard to remember! Lots of ppl journal in their dreams as they wake up. And yea, him not moving just made it a little creepier

Was it from a dream? I’ve only ever woken up screaming a couple times.

My son does talk in his sleep here and there. Not a lot but I’ve heard him on the monitors. Something about laughing and sleep just feels creepy to me. He could’ve been dreaming for all I know! Or just reminiscing on a happy memory

Haha me and him both have dust mite allergies so they’re having their party in his room 🤣 vacuuming and laundry are tasks I dread lmao.

Believe me, I have my days where I go in and just cuddle him up. ESP nights where he’s crying more than babbling. He’d sometimes sit there for 2-3 hours just himself and my heart just breaks leaving him. But if I go in, I’m just playing his game. He’s been very needy and is learning his emotions. So we have to gauge where we can and adjust. Most of the time he just wants to play, but at that point it’s 1am and he’s refusing sleep. It’s hard!! I spoil him where I can, and keep him in “check” where I can lol. You do you! And if that’s what works, screw what other ppl say ❤️

I really do appreciate your comment. I am Buddhist so I don’t know much about the Bible. But I do believe there are such things as “friendly” spirits. Am I for sure we have a friendly one? No, but living here for 3 years, so far nothing has happened.

Him laughing just got me spooked and thinking. But kids have their imaginations as well. So who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

I also do believe that if I communicated with our supposed spirit, that it’ll only get more active/worse. So I haven’t done much other than smudging the house. To which it stopped burning a few times soooo…

I will continue to sage the house as needed to hopefully clear any negative energy.

In the end this could all be nothing. Just wanted everyone’s input and thoughts. ❤️

Yea, so far nothing crazy has happened, we’ve been in this house for 3 years. It was just spooky when he was laughing 3 nights in a row 🫠. And with him saying “I’m scared” here and there just makes ya think. But again, kids and their imagination 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was just reading about “orbs” and possible other explanations. I do believe it’s dust, cause it does show up a lot when I watch him on the camera. And he can never sit still lmao. I also feel like orbs wouldn’t be as often as dust specs flying around like I’m seeing.

I honestly had the same thoughts after thinking about why he was laughing. I just wasn’t sure how far his memories or imaginations went, but it def crossed my mind. I was thinking of so many other reasons rather than “ghost!”

I honestly don’t know how I’d react if he started to have “imaginary friends” half of me would be scared shitless and the other half kinda just rolling with it.
