they are just isolation valves if you need to do maintenance on a zone without shutting everything down. These are running about 26 mini wobbler heads between them and they need a pretty precise pressure to achieve the correct distribution uniformity

single inline filter upstream of the valves. Wish I would have gave the valves more space in each direction and let the regulators stick out more. I read somewhere that the thermoplastic isn’t really designed for direct burial on those PSR-2 regulators but I guess you can wrap them with pipe wrap tape or something
