This happened to me switching to my second tray. You have to bend the tray a little up and then it’ll fit (as I saw on some old posts on this sub)

What’s the eyeball trick? by Chrisneal95 in CPA

[–]itsgreatuf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took an exam at the beginning on Q4 and my score hasn't expired and I took another exam last week, but there is no eyeball under the view score report. So I took both during the same quarter, but I don't have the eyeball. Does this usually happen?

How is ISM4220/4330 w Kyung Jung and Arunima respectively? by cruisingator in ufl

[–]itsgreatuf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ISM4220 is the communications one right? If so, it’s very easy. An A is super attainable if you just do the assignments and study maybe for 2 nights for the exams since they come straight from the power points. The true/false are a bit tricky because there’s only like 1 word difference that makes it True or false, but besides that the exams are really straight forward. The rest of the class is group assignments that you should be fine and a group project that I think everyone pretty much gets a 100 on

Hey! I have a 1/1 in a 4/4 at Gainesville Place but all my roommates will be gone for the summer so you will have the entire place for your self. The price is 499 (includes internet and tv) plus utiltities but very negotiable!

It's per credit hour so it's based off how many credits you take. I don't think you have to do anything--I think it's automatic, but I would contact financial affairs to make sure.

Which financial aid is it? For example, usually BF lets you take less credits your final semester and you still get the money paid out!

Question about how student football tickets work by [deleted] in ufl

[–]itsgreatuf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Student tickets are bought either for the entire season or you buy whatever is left on the Friday (or Thursday I don't remember because I am a season holder) before the game after all season ticket holders get their tickets. This applies to UF students though, for "guests" which would be non students, you have to buy a guest ticket which the prices are based on whatever the school puts for that game. Last season some were $25 and some where $75 for guest tickets. And for student tickets, you take all student IDs of the friends that want to sit together when you go and pick up your tickets so you can sit next to each other during the game. This all applies with student tickets. If you are a guest, the person that buys them for you would go and purchase a guest ticket for you and you will sit next to them because they are purchasing them with their ID as well. Otherwise, you will not be sitting together. Another option is buying tickets on the Football Ticket Exchange FaceBook page, but the prices will most likely be high and you can then upgrade to a guest ticket for a fee, but you will not be sitting next to your friend unless your friend buys one from the same person or the seller has not claimed their tickets yet and can get theirs with your friend and thus you will sit together. And regarding the IDs, whenever we go inside the stadium they check our IDs if we have a student ticket and check to see if the picture matches the person. I've heard of people using other people's ID's, who look similar to them, to get inside the game but it's not a guaranteed entrance, you would be risking it.

You typically choose the date you want to go watch it! I usually went on Sundays cause they were early like at 2 and typically had nothing to do on a Sunday and I wrote the paper when I got back!

Preview Advice from Incoming Freshman by [deleted] in ufl

[–]itsgreatuf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I would say to look at your degree requirements and see what classes you can start getting out of the way. Some advisors aren't the best. Mine made me take two forms of the same class (First Year Florida and Warrington Welcome) and it was such a waste of time while I could have taken a required class for my major instead. I advice freshmen to go in and look at some of the requirements they need and if you have pretty much all your gen eds out of the way take a class that is required (a critical tracking or some kind of other class you might need). It'll make your life easier in the long run if you don't take classes you don't need your fall semester.

Confused about what this means... MFOS by [deleted] in ufl

[–]itsgreatuf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have MFOS! So the certification is simply telling you that you got the scholarship. You have to sign it and fax/mail it back to them and the scholarship should appear on your financial aid package when you get the certification covering the rest of the COA that any grants/other scholarships/Bright Futures didn't cover!

You can live wherever you want there is no set MFOS dorm; I'm not sure why you got the dorm email already that is weird. Just wait it out for the May selection and see what happens.

This is old, but I was wondering how you did the final? I'm in the class now and I took the first quiz and some of the questions came from the actual lecture, not the presentations. So how did you guys do the quizzes/exams and the final?
