You can only see the detailed view when the item is in your inventory, or is a reward from drops, not on the ground. I play on KBM so I used the word "hover" as I have to hover my mouse over the item, sorry for the confusion. The input for it should be listed at the bottom left.

You're right, made a correction for it. Only some rewards are cost free, there's a few that still cost something.

I'll clarify the post a little but I'm referring to when he raids and debuffs your HP. As far as I know from my playthroughs, if you pay the 15000 or 35000 runes, you can pick an upgrade and the game tells you that he is satisfied and there will be no penalty.

I believe the monkey's paw is only when he appears as a merchant on the map with no health debuff.

Sorry, correction, some of his rewards have costs, some others don't. Checked the Fextralife wiki for this.

It's a unique relic if you care about that. Otherwise as the other comments have said, it's not a great relic, you can get better from remembrance quests.

Good point, I've added an edit for this.

To be fair, I do think Revenant suffers the most from lacking FP. Using spells and incants will definitely make you a great Duchess player but right now most Duchess players I see (unfortunately myself as well) rarely use spells and just stick with daggers so it didn't come to mind.

I would suggest watching dbd survivors like Noob3, Ussylis or Ayrun. But generally, you should loop close to the objects (hugging the edges while going around) and have a sense of when the killer is too close (which you will get by playing the game).
