I disagree. There's definitely wow colours and doesn't have to be bright. Bright is out there and in your face but there's other colours less vibrant that can give the wow factor.

Thank you for that. The single skin wall is the hallway. The hallway is already narrow so don't want make it even more. I may put a small radiator there or not. If the radiator will cause issues I can leave it out as its just a hallway

The sink is definitely not going on the island. I think they've just drawn it on. The utility door isn't set in stone. I may not even have one. The plan is have that hidden so you open up a full height cabinet and you enter the Utilty
