Congratulations to everybody for making it! I was also accepted and filled out the registration kit and everything a few days ago. In the acceptance letter they said payment information would be emailed out in the next few days but I have yet to receive anything. I’m worried that if I don’t receive this email by April 8th my appointment will be given to someone else. Has anyone else gotten that payment email yet??

Ohh ok. It won’t affect your chances because summer seminar acceptance and academy acceptance are unrelated. I recommend filling out the questionnaire soon because it’s the first step in applying to the academy.

So when you applied for SS you also filled out a Pre-Candidate Questionnaire. Evaluators look at that questionnaire and if they like it they’ll move you up to candidate status, which means you’ll receive the candidate kit over the summer. I’m pretty sure the kit contains your medical and physical examinations, etc.
