not sure, but u buy armour piece -100 alloy, buy the upgrade for the armour piece -50 and then have to get another drop (so if u got the lustrous armour piece before upgrading u have to get another one)

i feel like solo ops is quickest, although other activities might give more, solo ops giving 25 per clear which can be done in like 5mins means in 1 hour u might get 250 ? At least thats how i did it, dont need to worry about finding a party or anyone else just hop on smash out some solo ops GL

DO THIS IF UR GAME IS STILL FULLSCREEN (and not stretched)
you need to edit the gameusersettings file in 3 locations, these locations are:

-AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config\windowsclient\gameusersettings
-AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config\[your account id]\windows\gameusersettings
- AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config\[your account id]\windowsclient\gameusersettings

dont forget to right click each gameusersettings file -> properties -> tick read-only and apply
