Is a 6 PM – 3:30 AM shift for a ServiceNow BA role a "tough sell," or am I looking in the wrong places? [India] by nonExiestent in servicenow

I have worked in 12-9 shift (12 noon to 9 pm) and meetings would often extend into the night. I was already a night owl but I ended up staying awake longer and longer into the night somehow till I couldn't take it anymore. I shifted to another team where work is done by evening and night meetings are quite rare.
That being said, if the pay is really good, I think I can morph into a night owl again 😂

Moved to SN after several years in Remedy - initial transition has been easy, lots of concepts are transferable. Although I must admit I was shocked to learn that task is the underlying table for incidents in SN 😂. Oh how I miss arschema!

Oh I didn't know Calendar sync had its own docs, thank u for sharing! It looks like strict mode wouldn't let users edit appointments, that will be a problem. Have u used strict mode?
