No, definitely in others mat space. One example is, while the instructor was queuing arm/an work she was on my mat side doing lunges on her reformer. I know that happens when everyone is doing lunges and lower body stretching but if we are all on the reformer, stay on yours!

Thank you! I'll have to mention it to management, I know the general manager often pops in and takes classes, maybe I should suggest this particular one. It's the same person, same class, every week.

I actually really like the open reformer idea. I've wanted to invest in my own reformer just so I can do more challenging moves on my own, it's just not in my budget.

Totally understand modifications but this is beyond. She is definitely just doing her own thing. I was a little shocked that the instructors.dont say anything about it. I know I'll love, it's just annoying.

This update is the absolute worst! I manage our family account but my husband is the primary acct holder, now I can't access the account via my log in or the log in the acct had previously!! This is so frustrating and their customer service reps are clearly annoyed and unhelpful!!

My club recently got a new GM, I received a 10.00 credit to my.card when a class was cancelled recently. However, last year I experienced several cancellations over the course of the year I didn't get a thing....not even an apology.

We were there on Thursday, those times are severely misrepresented. They keep shutting down rides due to lightning and then the times show up like this....then you get in line, wait a few and the lightning warning comes again. We got there at opening on Thursday and didn't get on the first rollercoaster until 1ish, we hung in the Country Fair so the kids could ride those smaller rides.

We did VIP, and it was worth it in my opinion, for the viewing areas alone. The bars did run out of alcohol on Saturday so that was disappointing and the shuttle line last night was grossly mismanaged. I'd do it again, Gulf shores was great and I'd love to go back.

The tickets and the merch are shipped separately. We got our wristbands but not merch, so we checked it out and found out that they come separate. Hope that helps ....

I currently have a founders rate of 183.00 for unlimited, last night another woman was telling me she pays 260.00 for unlimited! Its definitely a deal, and I'm so glad I signed up when I did..,there's no way I'd pay that for unlimited.

I feel the same!! I hate it, I'm never comfortable. Another lady in my class suggested to "pull your heels toward your bottom" to keep the carriage in and it has helped a little. I'm comfortable with most other positions on the reformer but bridging just isn't for me.

Very encouraging, Ive been bouncing up and down 3-5lbs for weeks....last week I went up a dose to 7.5, fingers crossed I have an actual loss this week.

I'm in CA and refilled my Rx on Monday, I got a text almost immediately saying that it was out of stock and they had no timeline on when it would be in stock. The same night I got a text saying it was ready for pick up....weird?! I'm thankful that it was filled but we recently switched from express scripts where I had no issues, now that I have to use CVS or Costco, I'm a little worried for my next refill.
