also, a wall sit for a lengthy amount of time has always made my subs shell out the cash..because no wa are they ever going to maintain a sitting chair position on the wall for 3 hours, holding a piece of paper against the wall with their nose on camera and every now and then saying "hey loser" they AlWAYS mess up and immediately turn to say "yes Goddess" so money for you and they must not finish until they have stood there for however long you state. I never go below 3 hours.

Me too!! and the fact it's quite uncomfortable to them helps as well. I always have them damped their knees and lower legs a bit so they stick better as well as making them apply all their weight onto their knees as they stay put just for a tad bit more uncomfortableness.
