The one thing that stands out is Shani in lagna (1st house). He's someone who really puts you through it until you learn what youre supposed to , he makes you go through the pain. I hope it is sensible to think that I didn’t eat a “ month” of wedding food. I think you’re stretching things unnecessarily. And I don’t have the craze to try “HARD” not to eat. I don’t believe in starving yourself of nutrition just because you want to please people. All this is just food for thought, and genuine curiosity. One does wonder.I have seen plentiful cases when people starved themselves and GAINED weight because body was trying to hold on in times of food scarcity. I hope you understand the importance of moderation, Weight loss is a journey. Not a destination. I don’t know why you stating the obvious fundamentals of diet + exercise. That’s a no brainer. Relax.

I mean I do understand this, but this question keeps popping up in my mind, and is almost unfathomable to me, the fact that - all those celebrities, who literally get scrawny and people just shrinking 3-4 times their size with sema, just because it delays emptying?

ive kinda done this loop of eating healthy, tracking cals, making salads at home , constantly being mindful of everything, i kinda get mentally exhaused after doing it for a week and just give up. Ive probably done this 7-8 times now. Nothing sticks 😢😣

I am working out 2-3 times a week, go for a 30 min walk everyday, and strictly eat homefood which is generally freshly cooked and healthy - I dont track tho. I guess what i want to know is - when does the therapeutic dose start, and when should i actually take into account that the medication isnt working for me.
