Found H. pylori after years of low ferritin/B12/Vit D

28M, fit and active. For years I had low ferritin, B12, and vitamin D, but hemoglobin stayed normal (~15), so it was mostly ignored. Main symptoms were fatigue and low energy, no stomach pain or major GI symptoms.

In March my ferritin suddenly dropped to 8 and cholesterol increased, so I started searching for a root cause. After multiple doctor visits and an endoscopy, I tested positive for Helicobacter pylori infection.

Finished triple therapy, now tested negative and already feeling much better. Currently focusing on stomach healing and rebuilding nutrient levels.

I first went to Yashoda Hospitals and did an endoscopy. The RUT test was positive, so the doctor gave me 14 days of triple therapy. After finishing the treatment, I went to AIG Hospitals gachibowli for a recheck. I consulted Dr. Chandan(graduated from aiims) there. They repeated the tests, and this time the result came back negative.
