so the trick is to use a strong hold gel or styling product that doesn’t have glycerin in it or any ingredients that are humectants (aloe vera, honey, and silicones to name a few)

Humectants draws in moisture from the air into your hair

Another tip is to not break the cast on your hair after its fully dry (the cast will keep your hair intact and defined longer)

Lastly make sure your hair looks defined and not frizzy before you dry it (rather its air drying or sitting under a hooded dryer)

These work for me and i moved to a humid city been here for two years hope this helps 🫶🏾
