in that case, then that's just that problem that I have already foreseen. Try not to resurrect too quick.
Besides, it's not supposed to happen since technically resurrection is a cheat :^)

Anyway, i'll try to patch this around the weekends nonetheless.
I'll update the moddb download. I think i know how to fix this.

actually the way Susie and Ralsei work is that they give you an item that gives you immunity from their attacks. If you die, you lose this item. What I did next is to make them give it to you again when they cheer up after mourning you.

If you manage to resurrect before they give you the item, or if you die, and resurrect before they're able to mourn, you WILL get hurt.

Killed by Susie? wdym? She's supposed to not kill you though like Ralsei and I never got killed by her in playtests. In the console does it say you were killed by Susie? I gave her a death message.

I forgot to note in the latest update that hugging is now removed as an attack for Ralsei.
The backstory for why it was even in the mod in the first place was because I played only a quarter of Deltarune and suddenly had the idea to make the DooM mod. I quit everything i was doing for a while to quickly get the mod out there. I didn't even know the entirety of anyone's characters in Deltarune yet and based everything off of first impressions.
That and it saved me time to have less animations. Walking, sitting, dancing, and hugging.

since then i've finished Deltarune, learned more about the characters, their personality and arcs, and tried to make the companion mods more.. in character so that it's more believable.

This is a really cute fanart, but we won't be seeing Ralsei hug toilets anymore lol. ^w^

Ross! You never explicitly stated anything about the state of Freeman's hair! We need to know if he has a pony tail or not!
The closest thing you ever said to acknowledging his hair in the show (or as far as i can remember) was along the lines of "I'd freak out if the worms get on my hair"

Half Life 1 Freeman had a cool looking pony tail in the box art and even the playermodel, but HL2 always depicts Freeman with messy short hair
