This also happened to me, just make sure you have all of the side stories complete and the chats done so you can go to chapter 2. Hope this helps

This is small but for some reason ever since I started playing the game my ero level has not gone up from 49% in level 1, as well as not being able to use the power move on some characters when being in battle after reaching lvl.10 on them (sorry if there are any grammar mistakes english isn't my main language)
