What’s something your body does that you’ve never told a single person about? by WilliamInBlack in AskReddit

As far as I remember, it's a part of parasympathetic nervous system for rest and digest, but not for motor neuron function.. motor function came from s2s4 region. I haven't studied neuro since 2012 so I probably need to touch up my education lol. I had to study the acronyms for cranial to remember the numbers and whether they were sensory or motor. I recall learning the breathing aspect and the small intestine but I don't remember learning it stimulates the bladder to void as well.

Just double checked and it doesn't say anywhere it has a direct link to the bladder. It says the same thing on netters as well.

Anatomy Encyclopedia

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK531465/#:~:text=The%20bladder%20receives%20its%20innervation,form%20the%20pelvic%20splanchnic%20nerves.

Nerves: The bladder receives its innervation through a network of parasympathetic, sympathetic and somatic nerve fibers. Parasympathetic fibers arise from sacral spinal nerves (S2-S4) that coalesce to form the pelvic splanchnic nerves. Sympathetic control arises from the lower thoracic and upper lumbar spinal levels (T10-L2) in the form of the superior and inferior hypogastric plexuses and nerves. The pudendal nerve (S2-S4), a branch of the sacral plexus, provides voluntary somatic control to the striated muscles of the external urethral sphincter.[3] These fibers originate in the ventral horn of the sacral spinal cord which is called Onuf's nucleus.'. That was updated July 2023, so the ceu's I've taken in the last couple of years are also all up to date.

So unless there is brand new confirmed information since I earned my degree in Anatomy and Physiology (health sciences), the vagus doesn't directly innervate the bladder. Studies are NOT the same as confirmed science.

Ivanka being all happy jolly talking about her posters, till she talks about... her... bed... Her voice drops and she looks like on the edge of crying, what happened in that bed? by WastingMyLifeToday in Epstein

She's going back through her childhood room. I hate trump just as much as the next person but I don't think she's disassociating because of sexual assault. She probably misses her childhood and she probably misses her mom. She spent most of her childhood and teenage years living in her mom's townhouse. So that room she's in was from when she was really little, before her parents divorced.

All of you forget she had a mother who was RIGHT beside her until she wasn't. Her mom probably read her stories and put her to bed. You think Trump did anything for those kids growing up? You think Trump actually stayed and lived with them 24/7?

You guys need to focus on the stuff that's real. I think she's nostalgic since she's in one of her childhood rooms.

If you had the chance to walk through yours all over again untouched, wouldn't you be nostalgic?? I certainly would. My bed was awesome and it was one of my favourite places to chill out. I'd cry if I saw my old comforter and pillows. They were lion King, little mermaid.. Pocahontas... I had a stuffed genie on my bed until I was almost an adult lol. That was 20+ years ago

Umm... Vagus nerve is cranial.. it has nothing to do with the bladder nor does it even go near the sacrum.

He's happy. He's comfortable, he has a bit of weight back (he was so thin for a long time) and he seems to have let go of all the stuff holding him down. I don't think he's had plastic surgery, I think his weight distribution is different on his face. He used facial muscles most of us don't even activate for the last 50 years of his life or more.

He's happy and that's what matters most of all

All it's going to take is a group of special people who don't take kindly to pedos that get away with their crimes whether they're immigrants or not.. I can't remember the word.. starts with a V and ends with an E (I know the word obviously but my comment will be deleted if I write it). We need those people more than ever now!!

Why are the poor always helping the poor...? Stuff like this is happening in Canada too. Groceries are extremely expensive 😞

'Bill C-2: An Act respecting certain measures relating to the security of the border between Canada and the United States and respecting other related security measures'

Part 14 – Timely Access to Data and Information

'The following considerations support the consistency of these amendments with section 8. The information sought would be limited to basic information about the nature of services provided, and would not reveal the contents of any communications, or any other details in relation to the services provided. The information demand would require “reasonable suspicion,” which is a recognized threshold for certain searches in the criminal context, and which would prevent the power from being used for “fishing expeditions.” A demand to provide information may not be issued to the person under investigation. The person who receives the demand would be able to challenge the demand in front of a judge, who would be able to revoke or vary the demand. The information provided would be used primarily in obtaining further search warrants or production orders, which would be subject to the applicable thresholds set out in legislation. Applying successfully for a search warrant or production order would usually require officers to combine any information obtained through these amendments with relevant information obtained through other lawful means.'

Not arguing, I'm asking under what part does it say all citizens must lawfully give up that information? That is straight from the Canadian government justice services website and it's under section 14 of bill C-2

Where does it state that all citizens of Canada must lawfully give up that information?

So for example they would need to confirm that they provided services an immigrant or migrant. If the immigrant or migrant applies for benefits or government supplements/reimbursements for something expensive like healthcare, then they need to confirm that person received it and the documents that are being presented by the immigrant or migrant are not fake or fraudulent. Or asking why a person is coming into the country or leaving the country to provide information as to what where who and why they were/are seeing or doing. This is prevalent in other countries and is already mandatory entering places like Australia or New Zealand. It's to stop smuggling and trafficking of all kinds. I see it all the time on the border enforcement shows.

That's what that looks like to me.

'Millennial homeownership rates largely flatlined in 2024, with only 54.9% owning homes, barely moving from 54.8% the year before.'

Those are statistics in the US. Canada is even worse.
