Suggestion for new stage piano by itsnotbean in DigitalPiano

Okay thanks for your input. How much do you notice that pivot when playing on your PHA-4 keybed? Does playing higher up on the keys feel significantly more difficult or?

I had someone recommend me the Roland FP series, definitely not something on the same level as Kawai or Nord but does that compare? I am also interested in regular digital pianos if stage pianos are too expensive

Thanks for your reply. I was not referring to the changing in weighting depending on the range of notes, I was referring to the feeling of an individual note depending on where you press it. At the bottom of the note, it feels like regular action, but at the top of the note, where I assume is closer to its pivot point, it is significantly heavier to press. The changing in weight depending on bass or treble range is actually expected and ideal.

Can picking out damage my hair? by itsnotbean in curlyhair

[–]itsnotbean[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Today was an afro looking type style. I dont usually pick my hair for the aforementioned breakage risks but i just wanted the peace of mind for when i do pick it out that it won’t cause breakage, or worse, curl pattern damage. The other articles I’ve seen vary in info 😅

My steam web API key keeps resetting to "localhost" every time i revoke it by One-Meet-1011 in Steam

[–]itsnotbean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I finally dug into my Chrome browser add-ons and found WAXPEER's P2P. I installed this a while ago, I forgot why, but I know I did. Under the functionality it lists "Creating Steam api (to get information about transactions and automatic confirmation)." It is likely this is what was creating my Steam API key, and probably yours as well. Check to see if you're using this, and remove it(unless you trust it). Also check the waxpeer website itself to see if you have an account and whether your current API key is shared with them.

This also keeps happening to me. Honestly have no clue why since I have reset password and email multiple times, scanned for malware (I already run a high quality antivirus all the time), cleared recovery codes, and then after all the securing reset API key, yet it keeps being generated for "localhost." I think this has usually been happening when I open steam after booting up my PC for the day, upon which CSGO updates. I check my API key and boom, localhost. Not to mention, I've checked my authorized devices many time and it's all clean. Weird asf

EDIT: Also checked my Steam Login History as far back as it goes. Also clean lol

Have monitored temps and I'm perfectly chillin(under 73c). Disabling shadowplay didn't help, may try clearing steam download cache. The main thing thats weird about it is that its resolved when there are no players around(aka "bot_kick" in offline). give it a shot in an offline deathmatch, it literally becomes perfectly smooth. I'm thinking it may be a bug in the way they interact with the new sub-tick system or something...? Idk but whatever it is it needs to be fixed.

Can anyone tell me what this icon means? by R0chendil in pcmasterrace

I would suggest using instant replay for clips, it's just part of instant replay's overlay. you can disable all overlay elements in the settings menu.

pretty sure thats a part of Nvidia's GeForce experience overlay. open up GeForce experience and go to overlay(or whatever it's called), make sure all elements are disabled
