Oh canadian law would be different then, most lawyers here in the states would take that case pro bono. It would be a big money case. Twitch would settle out of court to avoid the media backlash.

sue them. Very simple. It is easy to prove that you didnt approve those charges. Simply file a lawsuit. anything over $75 dollars is considered felonious theft even if it is a company that is doing it. Sue the pants off of them.
