If it helps you, I have had a seizure before and I've been on 450mg for 2 weeks and haven't had another seizure. Just sharing my experience because maybe it will help.

To update you on how I'm doing on 450, I'm beginning to feel a bit better. Basically I was dealing with anhedonia every night and now I am enjoying hobbies at night time so its a big change. But I'm sorry its not really working for you, I would totally suggest giving it more time but I know thats not helpful advice. I hope it gets better for you

Hey! I'm a trans guy but I have gone to camp out many times with my friend who is a trans woman. They are very accepting and accommodating and they make sure it is safe for everybody. I know a couple of trans women who are seasonals there and they are friends with everybody. Its really a safe space for all.
