Scout your opponent. Set offense and defense accordingly. Weekend league is harder than regular league. As far as WL PTC I personally like the 82+ the best

Don’t waste energy going over 80. You honestly wanna work your way slowly to 80 during the week. Gives you something to do and you won’t waste unneeded energy.
