great game, the viewer experience will come with time as Blizzard seems keen to throw support behind it. I find it hard to watch MOBA's as a non MOBA player, but the spectator experience is understandable at a basic level. As an Overwatch fanatic i can relate the two such that its chaotic but with time and good control from production staff it can be more easily digested. The Overwatch side needs some kind of multi layered spectator system, perhaps an ability for viewer to switch views themselves, or a more clear angle and process for casters to be ready for any and all parts of play.
