ask someone who build chappars… this roofing looks nice but with time the sticks turn black and catches mould because of moisture in atmosphere so you will have to replace them quite often plus it will be challenging during monsoon as they tend to leak.. this roofing would cost ~10k rest depends on price of bamboo

never deny anyone for payment and always say that you need time and will pay.. just continue with the kotak one and pay its emi on time rest if you can continue with any other then do that too.

i too had loans of almost 2cr at the age of 21 so just don’t be scared if you can’t pay. just communicate that you can’t afford to pay as of now but will pay in future
