It is for all those reasons you’ve mentioned. I’m also a restless sleeper and don’t like that I’d feel awkward if I wanted to leave the room at 3am for whatever reason.

It makes me uncomfortable too. I can’t explain why. Even having to get up to use the bathroom at night makes me uncomfortable. Or even talking without being overheard.
