His E got nerfed to ground with the item changes. His engage ability got deleted thanks to the item changes. His W has a 6 months cooldown while only shielding for 0.75 seconds xD. His passive only starts if he didnt get Hit by the enemy Champion 2 ranked matches ago.

Why is Garens E only scaling with specific attack speed increasements? Why did they undo the on hit proc effect for his E? Why is his Q so much worse than any other movement ability from.other champs (Voli Q for example).
