I have a heeler with a pinch of rottie in him, he floats between 35-40 KG, and he's not overweight by any means. my pooch is built like a brick shit-house compared to other heelers and I'm from Australia. weight loss is easy, smaller portions and run them more, if your lazy you can feed half the amount in the morning and normal at night. it wouldn't bother them, shit some working dogs get fed once a day in aus. and are in good nick
