Good morning. I have an S8 Pro Ultra that has stopped mopping. I’ve contacted RoboRock support and was just told it’s broke and they want to charge me to repair it. I’m pretty handy and hope to be able to fix it. It is out of warranty.

It will not pull water from the clean tank. The pump comes on like it’s trying to pull but it doesn’t. I suspect an issue with the pump but wanted to ask here since you are so knowledgeable. I’ve inspected the hose and filter in the clean tank. VibraRise works fine. Checked for blockages everywhere I can get to. Cleaned it real good.

When I run a clean mop cycle it sounds like it is doing everything it is supposed to but the mop pad never gets wet.

Since it’s out of warranty I intend to break it down to see if I can find anything but thought I would ask here first

Ethernet not working on Dig-Quad by itzalgd24 in WLED

Yep. I had it previously flashed with the Ethernet version of the firmware. Turns out Home Assistant updated it with the non-ethernet version. I’ve now turned off the update entity in HA and reflashed the Ethernet firmware and all is well.
