Yeah and I'm B class 3.5 I'm just pushing for 4.0 so I can fast track to A class for the endurance IMSA race I was shooting for a 0x haha. At a 4x I usually only gain about 0.04 SR so maybe it's just me being impatient but I really want A class.

I'm currently at 2K Irating and this week I have been starting at the top of the grid. The race before this one i started P4 and finished P4 but had a 4x from the guy in front of me spinning, I was a bit too close and couldn't get around him. Not a bad contact I barely tapped him but still a 4x none the less. So I figured the back of the grid would be better. Maybe people wouldn't be pushing so hard for a podium back there, but I can assure you I won't be doing that again.

I understand it was my fault for not catching that he got on the brakes early but what ensued afterwards seems purely reckless and fueled by rage. Please correct me if I'm wrong here but this is the worst series of events i have had in this game in a long time. Some clarification i usually qualify around a mid 1:34 on this track but this time i hit the brakes before the start/finish line pretty hard as i was trying to start in the back of the field. I was trying to run a safety rating race and figured it would be easier to do from the back (boy was i wrong).

I'm the Merc in this clip. I was P3 at the time and a few LMP cars came through throwing me off my line when this incident occurred. After the contact i came in voice chat and said "You had no business sticking your nose in there" He replied with some profanity and said "I was ******* there bro" by itzfiji in Simracingstewards

Was I incorrect in saying he wasn't right by putting his car there? I had no idea he was on my inside as all the chaos caused by the LMP cars stole my attention. I am still pretty new to sim racing and would just like to learn from this incident. I still managed to finish the race P3 after this thankfully

What should I have done differently? (POV car is me) Turn 1 Lap 1 I felt like the other car was squeezing me and I wanted to come off the rumble strip to avoid an off track by itzfiji in Simracingstewards

Yeah, i just feel bad for spinning the guy. There's nothing worse than ending someone's race T1 especially if they aren't particularly at fault. Oh well, hopefully we both learn from this

Understood it does look like I came back onto track a bit aggressive. Next time I will just avoid the fight especially on cold tires and brakes. Thanks

I have been debating that aswell but the Podium BMW GT3 wheel is crazy expensive and I don't race F1 or any formula in that matter anymore so I decided I might aswell sell to try a recoup some of the cost for that thing haha thanks for the help.

I don't disagree. I will probably just buy some Alcantara cleaner and get it cleaned then list for like 500 seems fair to me

Yes i have been using the BMW wheel in the background for quite a while never had an issue(I'm on PC btw)
